Naturally processed coffees can often over-perform in aroma and disappoint in the cup. The sweet and fruity aromas of freshly ground beans give way to ferment and sour notes at the first sip. Our importer partner for this coffee, Keffa, employs rigorous standards for preparation and sorting that overcome this challenge and produce a clean and fruity, sweet and complex cup. The berry notes that dominate the aroma give way subtle milk chocolate and black tea.
